Ok, so you know by now that  you have to find dinner ideas for all the upcoming celebrations.

Foie gras and salmon are classic dishes but choose the best ones.

On Saturday I tasted a delicious foie gras “maison” made by the chef of the restaurant “Le Café Qui Parle” in Montmartre.

Really delicious: the classic one with armagnac, sugared and salted, with figs inside.

And the surprising: the foie gras with genever to eat with gin or Boll’s. 100€/kg

The restaurant also proposes smoked organic salmon (80€/kg; about one piece) and marinated salmon  (60€/kg). Really tasty and made “fait maison”!
